By accessing or downloading any Materials from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our resources.

1. Nature of the Service & Free Distribution

Candy Dialogue Hub provides educational technical guides, base 3D humanoid topology, and real-time dialogue rigging presets intended for game developers, virtual production artists, and software engineers.

The starter materials offered on this site are 100% free of charge ($0). We do not solicit credit card numbers, payment processor credentials, or recurring subscriptions for the downloadable developer package.

2. Permitted Asset License & Commercial Usage

Upon downloading our 3D avatar starter package, Candy Dialogue Hub grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Incorporate, modify, sculpt, retexture, and rig the base 3D models within your own proprietary software, video games, WebGL applications, virtual reality projects, or films.
• Distribute, sell, or monetize compiled binary applications (e.g. packaged Unreal Engine or Unity games, mobile apps) that include the modified 3D character assets.
• Use the viseme mapping and blendshape hierarchy in commercial conversational AI agents, interactive kiosks, and VTuber streams.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the raw, uncompiled 3D model files (FBX, OBJ, GLTF, .blend) as a standalone asset pack or competing stock asset library.
• Represent raw template meshes created by Candy Dialogue Hub as your own exclusive, copyrighted 3D sculpt without material modification.
• Use our resources or branding in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or international laws.
• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or DDoS tools against our delivery servers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for user-created modifications, Candy Dialogue Hub Inc. retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to the website design, logos, rigging algorithms, documentation, and original base topologies.

5. Accurate Contact Submission

When requesting access to our digital starter kit, you agree to provide authentic, accurate contact information (name, work/developer email, phone number). The provision of intentionally fraudulent or disposable information may result in the automated revocation of download links.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MATERIALS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE 3D MESHES OR SCRIPTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH ALL VERSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY GAME ENGINES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CANDY DIALOGUE HUB INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
